Millennium Exploration Co. is an oil and gas exploration and development company formed to acquire, develop and reestablish oil and gas properties with proven reserves. The company’s strategy is to target domestic areas of production where major oil companies have scaled back efforts in order to pursue larger reserves offshore. The large amount of undeveloped reserves left in place due to this shift in priorities for major oil companies has created a great window of opportunity for well managed and strongly positioned independent oil companies. With our strong network and knowledge of our target areas we can consistently and effectively extract considerable reserves with much lower risk and lower cost.

Production Area

• Millennium Exploration currently has leased or options to lease on about 145,000 acres of Prime Texas oil and gas producing real estate.

• Jones Co., Shackelford Co. and Throckmorton Co. are located in the Bend Arch Basin (north-central Texas), one of Texas’ most prolific oil and gas producing regions of the state.

Strategy

• Millennium Exploration specializes in the acquisition, reconditioning and
reestablishment of production from properties that we find to be undervalued, yet still contain reserves.

• This strategy allows Millennium and our partners to capitalize on increasing energy prices with less of the unpopular high risk of “Dry Holes”. In addition, our strategy allows for production of oil and gas at a much lower cost than traditional drilling.

• In addition to profiting from exposing undervalued assets, Millennium drills new wells only if they are thuroughly researched and heavily endorsed by experts. Millennium uses this strict criteria only to target worthwhile assets with pin point accuracy and precision.
