the acquisition, reconditioning and
reestablishment of production from properties that we find to be undervalued, yet still contain reserves.
• This strategy allows Millennium and our partners to capitalize on increasing energy prices with less of the
unpopular high risk of “Dry Holes”. In addition, our strategy allows for production at a much
lower cost than traditional drilling.
