Mr. Monroy is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Exploration Co. Mr. Monroy, his wife Jasmine and their kids live in North San Antonio. Mr. Mornoy moved to San Antonio to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry and got his start raising money for a local brokerage firm. It was through his experience with an oil and gas sales organization that Mr. Monroy learned of the common deficiencies of most promoted oil and gas projects. Mr. Monroy left the brokerage business and assembled a team of experts including geologists, geophysicists, land negotiators and financial experts to help him produce the highest quality and most probable oil and gas ventures on the market.
